Many competitors take a graphics course, 1 website design course, and give you a website that looks ok to you, but just doesn't bring in the business. I can show you what's wrong and what's needed to fix it. Some companies give you a 'Write it Yourself' website that often results in fair to bad writing and unprofessional poorly laid out website. And still many try the goDaddy type of Do-It-Yourself website. Now, I'm a do-it-yourselfer myself, a jack of all trades. If its broken I can fix it, if there is a problem I'll find a solution, but when it comes to websites I'm professionally trained and experienced. A bachelors degree from UF in Marketing, another bachelors degree in Computer Science, and professional website training when I was the webmaster at Liberty Medical, and then all the experience designing successful websites on my own since 2000. I can get the job done right, or affordably fine tune a DIY website so it starts making you money instead of costing you money. Isn't that what you need?

I help other designers all the time. Many work on their own and don't have co-workers or website design managers to oversee and help with problems. Poorly designed websites scares away way more business than the savings you get going the cheap route. If you don't get much buiness from your site then something is wrong. Above is a website designed for part payment part trade for dental work. They wanted a design with a Florida theme, that showed the visitors what improvements are possible, what is involved with the different procedures, and the options available to pay for procedures.

The site above had an unusual request. They had seen some of the many changes to the American Gothic painting, and wanted it changed to reflect their style of Jupiter Native t-shirts. We removed the background and replaced it with the Jupiter lighthouse, and added a surfboard and sunglasses. The customer liked it so much they had us design business cards and recreate the image in high-resolution to make a vehicle image wrap. They also wanted to keep the costs down, so we designed a site that uses PayPal's shopping cart 'Add to Cart' system.

The site on the right is a redesign created with the Wordpress CMS, which I've found to be a good Content Management System, better than Joomla and Drupal, allowing site owners to edit their own site's without needing to know how to code.
However, so far I've found all the Wordpress eCommerce solutions to be too new, and lacking the features needed for a successful eCommerce business. Other CMS systems work much better.
Another concern is that Wordpress, like many Content Management Systems, is free which seems like a great deal, but it allows all the hackers all over the world, anyone that can get online in any country, billions of people, to study the Wordpress code and find ways to hack in and damage it, post their links, steal customer information or sales. And, yes, new versions try to fix those risks, but from what I've seen they are rarely updated. This is a risk that will only grow as time goes on. |

| Above is the latest website redesign completed by Bluewater Internet. It is another eCommerce Shop-Script shopping cart site. Penzo, now rebranded to Penelope Penzo manufactures high end, hand painted tableware. Each piece is hand painted at their facility in Zimbabwe, then shipped to the US and sold through high end retailers. The tableware is only sold by their retailers, but Penny, the artist and founder, creates many custom items that they sell at their location in Jupiter, FL and on their webisite. The site has a shopping cart currently used as a catalog, drop down menus, and slideshows, some with thumbnails, that don't use flash so changing images is much easier, and as a non-flash website it has more search engine strength. |

| Above is our redesign of 76 Golf World. They were looking for a site that would communicate action and fun with family and friends, but also that they now offered so much more than just miniature golf! They also wanted their site to attract more birthday parties, company events, and fund raising partnerships with local organizations. We designed a site with all that and one that would encourage the visitor to make contact. |

Products, descriptions, pricing, etc. were imported automatically from the manufacture's website using php applications, allowing the site to be developed at huge savings. Automated programs also process, fulfill and track orders so they are delivered ASAP without human error, processing delay or expense. |

| Ascent Health Care Advisors, like many of our customers that started off with a Do it Yourself website with Yahoo or goDaddy, but wanted a more professional design to give visitors the confidence to contact them. They also wanted a website design that would position higher in the search engines, so they would get more business leads. Ascent Health Care Advisors has now merged with a larger company and their site, this site, is now offline. Shame, it was a good site, but I guess it helped sell who they are to whoever they merged with. |
Our 2-cents on Site Design ... Many site designers create an impressive looking site, but it's not designed to help your customers with the purchase process.
